Find Some Wrestling is an independent, unpaid and non-commercial hobby project operated publicly under the name AQ Projects from Lincoln, United Kingdom. This notice explains what information is handled when you use the site and the choices available to you.

WHEN YOU VISIT THE SITE
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes ordinary network and request information needed to deliver and protect the site, which can include an IP address, request time, browser or device details, requested URL and security information. This processing supports the legitimate interest in keeping the site available, reliable and secure. Find Some Wrestling does not use a visitor account system, payment system or advertising platform.
Your analytics choice is saved in your browser as fsw_analytics_consent using local storage. It is used only to remember whether you accepted or rejected analytics and is not sent to Find Some Wrestling as a separate submission.
OPTIONAL GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Google Analytics 4 does not load and optional analytics cookies are not set unless you choose Accept analytics. If you consent, Google may receive the page URL and title, referrer, traffic source or campaign, browser and device information, approximate location derived from network information, and details of clicks to official wrestling providers. The custom click event includes the promotion, platform, page placement, content type and outbound destination. It does not include directory search text, suggestion-email content or confirmation that a video played.
Consent is the basis for this optional processing. You may reject analytics without losing site functionality, or later withdraw consent using Cookie settings. Withdrawal stops future analytics from this browser and the site attempts to remove accessible Google Analytics cookies; it cannot retrieve information already sent to Google. Advertising storage and personalisation signals are denied in the site configuration.
YOUTUBE AND EXTERNAL WRESTLING LINKS
No YouTube player loads when the page first opens. The optional discovery player connects to YouTube’s privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com service only after you select Load YouTube video. That request can disclose network, browser and device information to Google or YouTube, and their storage or data practices may then apply. Loading a video is a separate choice from accepting site analytics.
Promotion, publisher and streaming links are ordinary external links. Their services do not load inside Find Some Wrestling merely because a directory card is displayed. If you follow a link, the destination receives information normally sent by your browser and applies its own privacy terms.
PROMOTION SUGGESTIONS
Suggest a Promotion opens your own email application; there is no website form, account or submissions database. If you send a suggestion, the message can include your email address, display name, the information you enter and anything your email application adds, such as a signature. It is sent to [email protected], routed through Cloudflare Email Routing and delivered to the project owner’s private mailbox. The private forwarding address is not published.
Suggestion emails are used to review the proposed source, maintain editorial control and reply where appropriate. The basis is the legitimate interest in running and improving the directory and responding to correspondence. Suggestions never appear publicly without a separate editorial review. Please avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
COOKIES, STORAGE AND RETENTION
- Consent preference: remains in local storage until you change it, clear browser data or the site changes the preference mechanism.
- Google Analytics: cookies and analytics data are created only after consent. The exact GA4 property Data retention selection is controlled outside this repository and has not yet been independently verified. Google explains that this setting governs certain user-level and event-level data and does not cover every aggregated report.
- Suggestion emails: kept only as long as reasonably needed to assess the suggestion, handle correspondence and maintain necessary editorial records, then deleted when no longer needed. Mailbox storage, access and deletion arrangements are managed outside this website.
- Hosting and security records: retained according to Cloudflare’s applicable service configuration and policies; the repository does not set a separate retention period.
SERVICE PROVIDERS AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Relevant providers are Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, security and email routing; Google for consented GA4 and user-requested YouTube playback; and the email services used to send and receive suggestions or privacy enquiries. These global providers may process information outside the United Kingdom under their own terms and transfer arrangements. AQ Projects does not sell visitors’ personal information.

YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to be informed, access your personal information, correct it, request deletion or restricted use, object to processing, receive portable information, and withdraw consent. Some rights have legal limits. Contact AQ Projects using the privacy email above so the request can be considered and, where necessary, your identity can be verified.
If you are unhappy with how a concern is handled, you can raise it with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) ↗. You may wish to contact AQ Projects first so there is an opportunity to resolve the issue.
